Tech Rehearsal: The Night of January 7th

Helllo My Lovely Vaginas!

I am so excited to get this show "on the road"! The tickets have apparently been selling like hotcakes. YAY! This show is going to be fantastic.

I've included some information below about tonight's rehearsal so you all will have an idea as to what is happening. My goal is to have you out of there as soon as possible as I do not want everyone out late and exhausted any more than absolutely necessary.

If everyone does their part and stays focused we should be finished at a decent time (and yes, I'm talking to me).

The Schedule:

6:00pm: Call (if you are going to be late at all call Sam, her number is on the contact sheet)

6:00pm -7:00pm: Hair, make-up, costume parade, stage spike individual & check light levels, run "lists" & "moans", photo shoot

7:00-7:15pm: KCSARC

7:15pm: Warm up and VaWa Blessing

7:30pm Curtian

7:30pm to 9:45ish: Show

9:45- 10:15: Notes

Please bring:

Make-up
Costume
Snack
CUE CARDS! (if you didn't turn them into Sam)
Any comfort item you may need (pillow, heating pad, space heater, etc)

This rehearsal will be a full dress with tech and I'd like to get you outta there as early as possible.

Sam, Yvette, Emily, Fiona, Bill and I will be there from 2:30pm on getting lights/sound set and any other little details taken care of so you won't have to wait around for us.

When you get to the theatre:

1. Sign in

2. Get dressed, hair, make-up etc. (Please do not take too long with this...15 min. max)

3. Come out to the house so we can spike your spot

4. If you leave the theatre for any reason DO NOT GO ALONE (even to get something out of your car) and inform Sam. It is for your own personal safety.

Parking:
Bill said there are signs saying "2 hour" parking all over the place, but he's never had an issue with getting a ticket or anything for the past 5 years...he said to park where ever you find a space.
